Ski lessons start from age 4; snowboard lessons start from age 6.
Children 4-7 are taught one-to-one. Children 8-12 may join up to one-to-two, depending on level.
Adults and children usually learn at different speeds, so separate classes are recommended.
Please do not join if you have a medical condition that is unsuitable for snow sports.
Students in the same class should have similar ability. For safety, the lesson pace follows the least experienced student.
Half-day and one-day lessons are best for a first experience. For steady progress, book two days or more.
Ski and snowboard lessons must be booked separately.
Full payment is required when booking.
Lesson fees are charged per instructor and do not include lift tickets, rental equipment, or insurance.
Rest well the night before class and avoid alcohol so you can join safely.
A helmet is required for every student.
Please prepare all equipment, warm clothing, and your lift ticket at least 10 minutes before class.
If you miss part of the lesson for personal reasons, such as not having a lift ticket, no refund or make-up time is provided.
By completing payment, you agree to the lesson terms.
All students must arrange valid travel or snow-sports insurance before class.
The main contact person is responsible for sharing all lesson information with the group.
Changes or cancellations follow the cancellation and refund policy.
Late arrival, missing equipment, or ignoring coach instructions may reduce lesson time and is not refundable.
All ski and snowboard lessons are private small-group lessons. Ski and snowboard must be booked separately.
Full-day lessons are 6 hours including a 1-hour lunch break.
Students are responsible for personal belongings and for following coach safety instructions.
SnowGame cannot compensate for conditions outside our control, such as weather or resort operations.
Late arrivals cannot receive extra time or a refund.
Weather refunds apply only when the resort officially closes because of severe weather and no nearby substitute resort is available.
For force majeure, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof. Approved cancellations are refunded after deducting a 5% processing fee.
After a lesson is confirmed, date, location, ski, or snowboard changes must be checked with SnowGame first.
Advance cancellation: 60+ days before class, full refund; 31-59 days, 90% refund; 7-30 days, 50% refund; within 7 days, no refund.
