Cancellation Rules
Read before booking.
SnowGame cannot compensate for conditions outside our control, such as weather changes, resort operations, transport delay, illness, or personal schedule changes.
Late arrival, missing rental gear, or not having a lift ticket cannot be refunded or extended.
Weather refunds apply only when the resort officially closes because of severe weather and no nearby substitute resort is available.
For force majeure, contact us as soon as possible and provide proof. Approved refunds are processed after deducting a 5% handling fee.
After a lesson is confirmed, date, resort, ski, or snowboard changes must be checked with SnowGame first.
By completing payment, you agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
60+ days before class: full refund.
31-59 days before class: 90% refund.
7-30 days before class: 50% refund.
Within 7 days of class: no refund.

Refund timing depends on the payment platform and card issuer.
